Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Shaheeno (shaheeno.com), including the marketplace, the studio and connecting your YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok account to Shaheeno. By creating a Shaheeno account or using the Shaheeno app, you agree to them.
Accounts
You need one account per person or company, accurate details, and to be 18+. Brand and creator roles have separate dashboards; one login can't hold both.
What Shaheeno is
We're a marketplace and escrow coordinator between brands and creators. We're not a party to the creative contract itself — but every deal must run through platform escrow to be protected.
Escrow & payments
Brands fund orders before work starts; funds are locked in escrow in the brand's Shaheeno wallet and released to the creator on the brand's approval, refunded in full if the brand cancels before delivery, or, in a dispute, released in full or refunded in full as the outcome decides. Off-platform payment kills protection and can suspend accounts.
Fees
Brands pay a plan fee — Free free, Growth Rs 14,999 a month, Scale Rs 34,999 a month — and a service fee on each order they fund: 10% on Free, 5% on Growth, 3% on Scale. The service fee is charged on top of the order amount, never taken out of the creator's payout, and refunded in full if the order is cancelled before delivery; a brand's first-ever funded order carries no service fee. Creators choose a monthly plan — Umeed (free), Parwaaz (Rs 2,500) or Shaheen (Rs 5,000), paid from the wallet for 30 days at a time, or in part or in full with referral plan credit — and pay a commission when an order is released from escrow: 8% on Umeed, 5% on Parwaaz, 3% on Shaheen. Your first-ever released order is free on any plan. No listing fees, no proposal fees, no payout fees.
Referral plan credit
Creators can refer other creators. When a referred creator's first qualifying order clears — above a minimum value, released from escrow to them, not cancelled and not refunded, within a set window of their signing up, and bought by a brand rather than by either of you — the referring creator is granted plan credit. It is credit against a paid creator plan and nothing else: it is not money, is never withdrawable or transferable, cannot be converted to wallet balance or applied to commission, and it expires unused after a set period. It is earned once per referred creator, the referred creator receives nothing, and attribution is fixed when their account is created. We may withdraw, pause or vary the programme, and may refuse or reverse credit we judge to have been obtained through linked or duplicate accounts; credit already spent on a plan is not affected.
Content & conduct
Creators own their content; brands get the usage rights stated in the gig or brief. Fake numbers, plagiarized work, or harassment mean removal — and profiles label each follower figure as from a connected account or creator-provided, so brands can see where a number came from.
Connected platforms
Linking YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok to Shaheeno is optional and governed by each platform's own terms (including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Terms of Service) alongside ours. The studio only publishes, replies or streams when you trigger it; you're responsible for what you post there, and a platform can limit or revoke access on its side at any time — that's between you and the platform. On our side, Shaheeno's use of the Facebook and Instagram integrations complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies, its use of the YouTube integration complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and its use of the TikTok integration (Login Kit, Display API and Content Posting API) complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. When you post to TikTok through Shaheeno, you confirm you have the rights to the content and that it follows TikTok's Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation; Shaheeno posts to TikTok only after you explicitly choose to, and you can disconnect at any time.
Using TikTok with Shaheeno
When you connect TikTok to Shaheeno, you authorize the Shaheeno app to use TikTok Login Kit, the Display API and the Content Posting API for your account, limited to the permissions you approve on TikTok's consent screen. Shaheeno reads your profile, audience statistics and your own public videos to show them to you in your dashboard, and uploads a video to your TikTok inbox or posts it to your account only when you choose to. You must own or have the rights to everything you post, follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, and, where required, disclose branded content. Shaheeno is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. You can disconnect TikTok from Shaheeno at any time, or remove Shaheeno in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services; how Shaheeno handles TikTok data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content or deals, no deceptive advertising (sponsored content must be disclosed where the law requires), no scraping other users' data, no attempts to break, overload or probe the platform.
Disputes & termination
If an order goes wrong, contact us: escrow never releases on its own, and our team can open a dispute, review the on-platform thread and settle it as a full release to the creator or a full refund to the brand. Either side can close their account anytime once open orders settle — how to delete your account and its data, step by step, is in the Privacy Policy's data-deletion section. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with the balance of any settled orders still paid out.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees Shaheeno earned from the order the claim is about. We don't guarantee campaign results, follower growth, or a platform's continued API availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes that can't be settled through our resolution process belong to the courts of Pakistan.
Changes & contact
If these terms change materially we notify you by email and in-app before the change takes effect; continuing to use Shaheeno after that means you accept the update. Questions: use the contact page — a human answers.
