1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, using, or accessing Shaheeno, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Eligibility

• Influencers: Must have an active social media presence (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram) with real followers and engagement.
• Brands: Must be legally registered in Pakistan and comply with platform guidelines.
• Shaheeno reserves the right to suspend or remove any user violating these terms.

1.3. Platform Purpose

• Shaheeno is strictly for Made-in-Pakistan product promotions.
• Imported products CANNOT be marketed, sold, or promoted.
• The platform's goal is to empower Pakistani influencers and local businesses.

2.1 Prohibited Products & Services

The following products & services CANNOT be advertised, promoted, or sold through Shaheeno:

• Imported Products – Brands cannot ask influencers to promote any non-Pakistani products.
• Tobacco & Smoking-Related Products – Cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, shisha, or any tobacco-based items.
• Alcohol & Narcotics – Liquor, drugs, or any mind-altering substances.
• Weapons & Dangerous Items – Firearms, knives, explosives, or any illegal weapons.
• Gambling & Betting Services – Lottery tickets, betting platforms, online casinos.
• Adult Content & Services – Pornography, escort services, or any 18+ content.
• Fake or Fraudulent Services – Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, fake job offers.
• Environmental Pollutants – Products that harm the environment, such as excessive plastic, harmful chemicals, or toxic materials.

If a brand or influencer is found promoting any of the above, they will be permanently banned.

2.2 Ethical Responsibilities of Influencers

• Only promote products that align with truth and ethics.
• Do NOT mislead audiences with false claims.
• Clearly disclose paid promotions (mention "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership").
• Avoid exaggeration or deception in product reviews.
• Respect brand agreements and deliver content on time.

2.3 Ethical Responsibilities of Brands

• Do NOT force influencers to promote misleading content.
• Clearly define campaign expectations and pricing.
• Provide genuine, Made-in-Pakistan products only.
• Pay influencers fairly and on time through secure transactions.
• Respect influencer creative freedom – avoid forcing scripted content.

3.1 Secure Transactions & Payouts

• All payments must be made through Shaheeno's secure escrow system.
• Brands must deposit campaign funds in advance to ensure influencer payments.
• Influencers will receive payments once work is completed and approved.

3.2 Refunds & Disputes

• If a brand cancels a campaign mid-way, influencers will be compensated fairly for the work done.
• If an influencer fails to deliver, the brand may request a partial or full refund.
• All disputes will be resolved by Shaheeno's dispute resolution team.

4.1 Authentic Engagement & No Fake Followers

Influencers must NOT:

• Buy fake followers, likes, or comments.
• Use engagement bots.
• Mislead brands with inflated social media stats.

Violating influencers will be permanently banned from the platform.

4.2 No Hate Speech or Harmful Content

• Hate speech, racism, sexism, religious intolerance, or bullying is strictly prohibited.
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or extremist ideologies will result in immediate account suspension.
• All influencers must maintain a respectful and professional approach.
