Terms of service
Accounts
You need one account per person or company, accurate details, and to be 18+. Brand and creator roles have separate dashboards; one login can't hold both.
What Shaheeno is
We're a marketplace and escrow coordinator between brands and creators. We're not a party to the creative contract itself — but every deal must run through platform escrow to be protected.
Escrow & payments
Brands fund orders before work starts; funds are held with regulated local banking partners and released on approval, partial release, or refund per dispute outcomes. Off-platform payment kills protection and can suspend accounts.
Fees
Brands pay a plan fee — Free free, Growth Rs 14,999 a month, Scale Rs 34,999 a month — and a service fee on each order they fund: 10% on Free, 5% on Growth, 3% on Scale. The service fee is charged on top of the order amount, never taken out of the creator's payout, and refunded in full if the order is cancelled before delivery; a brand's first-ever funded order carries no service fee. Creators choose a monthly plan — Umeed (free), Parwaaz (Rs 2,500) or Shaheen (Rs 5,000), paid from the wallet for 30 days at a time — and pay a commission when an order is released from escrow: 8% on Umeed, 5% on Parwaaz, 3% on Shaheen. Your first-ever released order is free on any plan. No listing fees, no proposal fees, no payout fees.
Content & conduct
Creators own their content; brands get the usage rights stated in the gig or brief. Fake numbers, plagiarized work, or harassment mean removal — verified stats sync from platforms, so inflation is pointless anyway.
Connected platforms
Linking YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn is optional and governed by each platform's own terms (including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms) alongside ours. The studio only publishes, replies or streams when you trigger it; you're responsible for what you post there, and a platform can limit or revoke access on its side at any time — that's between you and the platform. On our side, Shaheeno's use of the Facebook and Instagram integrations complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies, and its use of the YouTube integration complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content or deals, no deceptive advertising (sponsored content must be disclosed where the law requires), no scraping other users' data, no attempts to break, overload or probe the platform.
Disputes & termination
Flagging freezes escrow; a human reviews the on-platform thread and decides within 72 hours. Either side can close their account anytime once open orders settle — how to delete your account and its data, step by step, is in the Privacy Policy's data-deletion section. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with the balance of any settled orders still paid out.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees Shaheeno earned from the order the claim is about. We don't guarantee campaign results, follower growth, or a platform's continued API availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes that can't be settled through our resolution process belong to the courts of Pakistan.
Changes & contact
If these terms change materially we notify you by email and in-app before the change takes effect; continuing to use Shaheeno after that means you accept the update. Questions: use the contact page — a human answers.
