Paying for a plan

- Upgrade any time for the full monthly price and a fresh 30-day term. Downgrades are free, apply straight away and keep the date you already paid through.
- When a plan ends, nothing is deleted. Commission returns to 8% and Umeed's limits apply — gigs already live stay live, you just can't take another live until you're under the limit. Your AI Studio projects stay saved.
Refer a creator, pay less for Parwaaz or Shaheen
When a creator who signed up through your link has their first qualifying order cleared, you earn Rs 500 in plan credit. It is credit toward Parwaaz or Shaheen — not cash — and nothing is paid when they sign up.
- What earns it. A creator who signs up through your link and whose first qualifying order clears. Nothing is paid when they join, and the credit lands once that order has settled.
- What that order has to clear. At least Rs 5,000, released from escrow to them, not cancelled and not refunded. A smaller first order doesn't use up the referral — the next one that clears the bar counts.
- It has to be arm’s length. The order has to come from a brand — not from you, and not from the creator you referred. And the two of you can't share a phone number: accounts that do are refused automatically.
- The deadline. That order has to be released within 180 days of them signing up, or the referral expires.
- Spending it. Applies automatically to a Parwaaz or Shaheen purchase, renewal or upgrade — the credit that expires soonest is spent first, and partial use is fine. Nothing to enter.
- Expiry. Each credit expires 12 months after you earn it, and becomes unspendable when it does.
- Not cash. Plan credit only — never withdrawn, never transferred, never turned into wallet balance, and it can't pay commission. It buys Parwaaz or Shaheen and nothing else.
- One-sided, once per person. The creator you refer receives nothing, and each referred creator earns you credit once, ever. No cap on how many you refer.
- Who can refer. Any creator account in good standing, on any plan. Brand accounts can't. Your link stays warm 30 days and locks to their account at sign-up — it can't be added or changed afterwards.

Creator plans, answered
Do brands see which plan I'm on?
No. Brands see your Shaheeno Score, your reviews and your profile badges — such as Account connected, or Top creator and Responds fast, which Shaheeno's team awards. None of them is a plan badge, and your plan doesn't move you up in search; it can't buy trust.
What counts as a proposal?
One application to a brand campaign, counted when you send it — even if it's later declined or withdrawn. Gig orders never use proposals — brands buy those directly.
What happens to proposals I don't use?
Nothing carries over: the allowance resets on the 1st of every month, whichever plan you're on.
What is an "active" gig?
A published gig that brands can buy right now. Drafts are unlimited on every plan. If you're over your limit — say after moving to a smaller plan — nothing pauses and nothing is deleted; you just can't take another gig live until you're under it, and you can pause gigs yourself any time.
When exactly is commission charged?
Only when an order is released from escrow, on that order's amount. Nothing when you list a gig, nothing when you send a proposal, nothing when you withdraw. Your first-ever released order carries no commission at all.
I use the AI Studio for free today. Will I lose it?
It's free for every creator during launch. After launch it's included with Parwaaz and Shaheen; your projects, thumbnails and schedules stay saved whichever plan you're on.
Why is there a Shaheeno logo on my live stream?
On Umeed, Go Live puts a small Shaheeno mark in a corner of every frame. Your own logo, lower third and graphics still work beside it. Parwaaz and Shaheen stream without it — the mark goes the moment a paid plan is active, and comes back if the term ends.
How fast are payouts really?
Approval releases the order to your Shaheeno wallet immediately, minus your plan's commission. When you withdraw to your bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, the amount leaves your available balance at once and Shaheeno's team reviews and sends each request by hand — there's no fixed turnaround, it's the same on every plan, and a rejected request goes straight back to your wallet. No payout fee on any plan.
Do I earn anything for inviting a brand I already work with?
No — inviting a brand pays no cash, no credit and no commission. What it does is move the work onto Shaheeno: the brand funds the order into escrow before you start, and their approval releases it to your wallet with the same commission as any other order on your plan. Referring another creator is the separate feature, and it is the only one of the two that earns plan credit.
