Creator plans, answered
Do brands see which plan I'm on?
No. Brands see whether you're Verified, your Shaheeno Score, and the Top Rated badge — each earned by delivering on time without disputes. A plan moves a good profile higher in search; it can't buy trust.
What counts as a proposal?
One application to a brand campaign. It's returned to you if the brand doesn't open it within 7 days, if the campaign closes before it's opened, or if you withdraw it before it's opened. Gig orders never use proposals — brands buy those directly.
What happens to proposals I don't use?
The allowance resets each cycle. On Umeed and Parwaaz, every completed order earns you extra proposals on top, so busy months never leave you short.
What is an "active" gig?
A published gig that brands can buy right now. Drafts are unlimited on every plan. If you're over your limit, you choose which gigs stay live and which pause — nothing is deleted.
When exactly is commission charged?
Only when an order is released from escrow, on that order's amount. Nothing when you list a gig, nothing when you send a proposal, nothing when you withdraw. Your first-ever released order carries no commission at all.
