Paying for a plan
Built for Pakistani finance teams.

Brand plans, answered
Do I have to pay to browse creators?
No. Search, filters, profiles, gig prices and the Shaheeno Score are free on every plan, with no view limit. You pay a service fee only on orders you fund.
What is the service fee, exactly?
A percentage of the amount you fund into escrow: 10% on Free, 5% on Growth, 3% on Scale. It is charged when you fund, shown as its own line, and refunded if the order is cancelled before delivery. Your first-ever funded order carries no fee at all.
Does the creator pay too?
Creators pay their own commission when an order is released. Your service fee is added on top of the order amount and never comes out of the creator's payout, so the price you agree is the price they get, minus their own plan's commission.
What counts as an active campaign?
A published brief creators can currently apply to. Drafts and completed campaigns are not active, and buying a gig directly never uses a campaign slot. On Free and Growth, the dashboard also caps how many campaigns you can create in a calendar month, drafts included, at the same number.
How do I fund escrow?
Top up your Shaheeno wallet by bank transfer — you will see the account details and upload the receipt, and an operator releases the balance once it lands — then fund each order from the wallet. The money stays locked in escrow on Shaheeno until you approve the delivery, cancel before delivery (a full refund to your wallet) or a Shaheeno operator settles a dispute.
Can my agency run several brands?
That is what Scale is for: a workspace per client brand, under one login and one invoice. It is on the build list rather than live today, so talk to us and we will tell you exactly where it is.
