How to delete your data

Data deletion instructions

1. Disconnect a social account: open the studio's Add Social Platform tab and press Disconnect on the account's card. Its access tokens are dropped immediately and the stored account metadata (handle, follower counts) is marked deleted with it.
2. Revoke from the platform side instead (works even if you can't sign in to Shaheeno): Facebook — Settings → Apps and websites → remove Shaheeno; Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Google/YouTube — Google Account → Security → Third-party access; LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. Removing the app there cuts off all access on the platform's side.
3. Delete your whole Shaheeno account and its data: dashboard → Settings → Delete account. Deletion completes within 30 days, including mirrored social-account metadata, minus records the law requires us to keep.
4. Or ask us: send a deletion request through the contact page (or email info@shaheeno.com) from the address on your account. We confirm within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
