Data deletion instructions

1. Disconnect a social account: open the studio's Add Social Platform tab and press Disconnect on the account's card. For Facebook and YouTube (Google) we call the platform's revoke endpoint there and then, so every permission you granted Shaheeno is withdrawn immediately. Instagram and LinkedIn publish no revoke endpoint, so for those we destroy the token instead and you remove the app from the platform itself as in step 2. Either way the tokens are dropped from your browser and we can no longer reach your account. Stats already synced into your own dashboard stay there so your history isn't lost — step 3 removes them.
2. Revoke from the platform side instead (works even if you can't sign in to Shaheeno): Facebook — Settings → Apps and websites → remove Shaheeno; Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Google/YouTube — Google Account → Security → Third-party access; LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. Removing the app there cuts off all access on the platform's side.
3. Delete your whole Shaheeno account and its data: dashboard → Settings → Delete account, then type Delete to confirm. This runs immediately — your account, your orders and messages, and every mirrored social-account detail are destroyed on the spot and you are signed out, which is your confirmation that it happened. Copies inside encrypted backups roll off within 30 days, minus records the law requires us to keep.
4. Or ask us: send a deletion request through the contact page (or email info@shaheeno.com) from the address on your account. We confirm within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
