Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Digital Wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash)
  • Corporate Invoicing (for enterprise clients)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We never store your complete payment information on our servers.

Payment Terms

For Brands

  • Campaign deposits are required upfront
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly
  • Enterprise clients may be eligible for custom payment terms
  • All prices are in PKR unless otherwise stated

For Influencers

  • Payments are processed within 7-14 business days after campaign completion
  • Minimum payout threshold: PKR 5,000
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly
  • All earnings are subject to platform fees

Refund Policy

Campaign Deposits

Campaign deposits are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Campaign cancellation before influencer selection
  • Technical issues preventing campaign execution
  • Platform service disruption
  • Violation of our terms of service by Shaheeno

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are refundable under these conditions:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of subscription start
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Platform service disruption
  • Violation of our terms of service by Shaheeno

Refunds are not available for completed campaigns or partial subscription periods. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Our platform implements the following security measures:

  • SSL encryption for all transactions
  • PCI DSS compliance for card processing
  • Secure payment gateway integration
  • Regular security audits
  • Fraud detection and prevention systems
